Deadlock crosshair settings
Deadlock does not use crosshair import codes — everything is set under Options → Gameplay. That makes the settings themselves the answer: what to pick, once, and why.
What actually matters in Deadlock
Deadlock's fights swing between close-quarters lane brawls and long sightlines over mid, so the crosshair has to survive both. Three settings carry the weight: a high-contrast color(the game's skies and ability effects wash out anything pale), an outline (it keeps the crosshair readable against bright surfaces without making it bulky), and a modest size — big enough to track heroes like Grey Talon at range, small enough to not cover a head at knife range.
Because there is no code system, players copy settings by eye — which is exactly where errors creep in. The values above are the community-standard starting point, checked against in-game options at the last-verified date below. When Valve changes the options menu, this page gets re-verified; if you notice a setting has moved or been renamed first, the report-an-error link sends it to our correction queue.
