Converting R6 Siege sensitivity
Siege is the cautionary tale of sensitivity conversion: its system has changed across updates, its slider works differently from Source-engine games, and ADS scales separately per sight. Fixed ratios published in old guides quietly stop matching. Here's the method that doesn't drift.
The reliable method: match cm/360 by measurement
- 1. In Siege, perform a full 360° turn along your pad and measure the distance in cm — that's your Siege cm/360.
- 2. Keep your mouse DPI unchanged in the target game.
- 3. Adjust the target game's sensitivity until a full turn measures the same distance.
- 4. Set your ADS/sight sensitivity per sight inside the target game — Siege's per-sight scaling does not transfer.
A starting estimate: community calculators place Siege near a 0.00573 degrees-per-count constant at default settings, which puts CS2 sensitivity at roughly 3.84× the Siege slider value. Use it as a first guess, then confirm by measurement — Siege has changed its system before, and the measurement is what makes your aim exact rather than approximate.
Why SensLib doesn't auto-convert Siege
Our converter supports only games whose yaw constant is verified and stable across updates. Siege's history of system changes fails that bar — and a wrong number quietly copied into CS2 is worse than a two-minute measurement. When Ubisoft's constant is confirmed stable, Siege joins the converter.
