Overwatch 2 Sensitivity Converter

Overwatch 2 has the gentlest yaw of the major shooters — 0.0066 degrees per count — which is why its sensitivity numbers run three to ten times larger than every other game's. Converting out is a division; converting in is a multiplication.

Converted sensitivity (to game)
0.12

Physical aim match: 433 cm/360 in the from-game = 433 cm/360 in the to-game, at 800 DPI. If the two numbers differ, the conversion is wrong — ours always match.

FAQ

Why are Overwatch 2 numbers so much bigger?

A 0.0066 yaw turns the view far less per sensitivity point than CS2's 0.022 or Valorant's 0.07. Equivalent aim feel simply requires bigger numbers — 6.0 Overwatch is a modest 1.8 in CS2.

Did Overwatch 1 to Overwatch 2 change sensitivity?

No — the yaw carried over unchanged between the titles, so OW1 settings transfer directly into OW2.

Does each hero have its own sensitivity?

The general sensitivity is account-wide, but hero-specific scoped and ADS multipliers exist for heroes like Ashe and Ana. Those are set per hero inside Overwatch and are not part of any conversion.
